Appointly
AI-Powered Scheduling
Appointly set out to be more than another booking link. The product pairs everyday scheduling with an AI layer that reads your week, spots problems early and acts before they cost you. The hard part was making that intelligence feel helpful, not noisy.

The challenge
Scheduling tools tend to pick a side. They either stay simple and safe, or pile on automation until people stop trusting the suggestions. Appointly needed both at once: a dashboard that holds bookings, revenue and event types without clutter, and an AI assistant confident enough to recommend real changes, like adding buffers between three back-to-back calls, without ever feeling like it was taking the calendar out of the user’s hands.
The solution
We designed the workspace around one quiet idea: the calendar leads, the AI assists. Bookings, revenue and event mix sit up top as glanceable cards, so the state of the week reads in seconds. The AI shows up as gentle, dismissible prompts tied to real context, flagging the back-to-back calls and offering to add buffers, always one tap to accept and one to ignore. Analytics, event types and calendars share the same calm visual language, so moving between planning the week and reviewing it never breaks focus.

The results
Users started treating Appointly as a co-pilot rather than a booking form. The AI prompts earned trust because they were specific and reversible, so people accepted them instead of switching them off. What could have shipped as a feature-heavy tool launched as a focused product that makes a busy week feel handled, and gave the team a clear story to take to market.
