Four connected stages progress from a rough brief through UX and UI to developer handoff.

Speed comes from a clear process, not from rushing. Here is the rough shape of how we move from a first brief to a dev-ready handoff, and why each phase exists.

Week one: discovery and architecture

We map users, goals and the screens that decide the outcome, then lock information architecture and flows before any pixels. Getting the logic right early is what makes the visual work fast.

Weeks two to four: design and handoff

High-fidelity UI, every state, and the foundations of a system, reviewed with you a request or two at a time. The result ships as Figma with specs, tokens and notes your engineers can build from without guesswork.

A clear process is what lets you move fast without breaking the things that matter.
